Bill Carter
Bill Carter, a native Californian, is an award-winning documentary filmmaker, photographer and journalist. He has worked a variety of jobs from commercial fisherman, news cameraman and adobe bricklayer, and is the director of the documentary film, MISS SARAJEVO. He is the author of the books RED SUMMER and FOOLS RUSH IN, and his articles have been published in such publications as Rolling Stone, Outside, Men's Journal and SPIN. He and his family live in Bisbee, Arizona.
